Stephanie Evangelista Fukuda is an author/illustrator born and raised in NYC. Her inspiration is drawn from her childhood of playing bright colorful video games, watching whimsical animated movies, as well as daily experiences within the fast paced city. Her love for manga and comics grew after meeting her husband, Daigo Fukuda, in art high school. After graduating from FIT with a BFA in Illustration, she and Daigo debuted their first serialized webcomic together. Presently they each work on their own serialized webcomic. She goes by the alias of Mallowboo on social media.
